Description

Petrophile striata is a shrub endemic to Western Australia.The erect and rigid or sprawling shrub typically grows to a height of 0.2 to 1 metre (0.7 to 3.3 ft). It blooms between August to December producing yellow-cream-white flowers.It is found on coastal plains or sand plains in the Wheatbelt, Peel and South West regions of Western Australia where it grows in sandy-clay-gravel soils over laterite or granite
