Delphinium laxiflorum is a perennial.Delphinium laxiflorum was described by Augustin Pyramus de Candolle in 1817. The name is considered as validly published. Delphinium laxiflorum is a species in the genus Delphinium which contains approximately 503 to 566 species and belongs to the family of the Ranunculaceae (Buttercup Family). The type species of the genus is Delphinium peregrinum.
