Description

Handelsiodendron bodinieri grows as a summer green tree or shrub.It reaches heaths of up to 15 meters.All vegetative parts of the plant are bare. The foliage leaves which are arranged at the branches are arranged in leaf stalks and leaf blades.The leaf stalk is 4 to 11 centimeters long.The hand-divided blade blade consists of five partial blades,0.1 to 1.5 centimeters long.The sprains of the sub-leaves are elliptical to inverted-lanceolate with a wedge-shaped base and pointed to tilted upper end at a length of 3 to 12 centimeters and a width of 1.5 to 6.5 centimeters.The blade edge is smooth.The upper side of the leaf and the lower side are sparsely covered with distinct,brown or dark red glands.Each sub-leaf has nine to twelve pairs of lateral nerves.
