Description

Plants 0.5 to 1.5 cm high, green or reddish, in loose stands. Leaves moist obliquely upright, dry bent. Rhizoids light brownish-violet to red-brown, papillous, rhizoid mice yellowish-orange to red brownish with thin-walled, not or only weakly projecting cells, round, 200-350 -m large, usually only in the soil near the plants. Leaves ovate-lanceolate to elliptical, with a short outgoing or rib ending in the tip. Leaf margin above perforated, smooth in the lower part and somewhat bent. Cells in the middle of the leaf 60-80 x 15-20 -m, on the margin one or two rows of narrow cells, forming a distinct hem.
