Bobea brevipes is a tree up to 10 meters tall. Bog/fen, SCRUB-SHRUB WETLAND Forest – Hardwood, Forest/Woodland Bobea brevipes occurs in mesic to wet forest and margins of bogs, but probably also occupies drier habitats. It occurs at elevations between 260 and 1,280 meters (Wagner et al. 1990).
