Description

Stenoma harpoceros is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1930. It is found in Pará, Brazil. The wingspan is about 27 mm. The forewings are greyish ochreous or pale fuscous with the costal edge pale from one-sixth to two-thirds, beneath this a grey shade, expanded into a suffused grey subtriangular blotch before the middle of the costa. The second discal stigma is small and dark grey and the plical minute. The hindwings are light grey.
