Description

Cheliosea cosmeta is a moth of the family Erebidae. It was described by Lower in 1907. It is found in Australia (New South Wales, the Northern Territory, Victoria and South Australia). The wingspan is about 30 mm. The forewings are greyish brown with indistinct pale submarginal bands. The hindwings are yellow with a greyish-brown spot near the center and a broad greyish brown margin.
