Description

Lecithocera barbata is a moth in the Lecithoceridae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1933. It is found in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Orientale). The wingspan is about 14 mm. The forewings are dark purple-grey with a semi-oval pale ochreous-yellow spot on the costa about two-thirds. The hindwings are grey.
