Description

Timocratica grandis is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Maximilian Perty in 1833. It is found in Brazil (Amazonas), French Guiana and Panama. The wingspan is 22–26 mm for males and 28–30 mm for females. The ground colour of the forewings is white. The underside of the wings is golden yellow, slightly tinged with fuscous along the edge. The hindwings are golden yellow.
