Description

Delias oraia is a butterfly in the family Pieridae. It was described by William Doherty in 1891. It is found in the Australasian realm. The wingspan is about 65–80 mm. Adults are similar to Delias descombesi, but have much brighter orange colouration on the underside of the male hindwings. The female underside is considerably stronger marked than in descombesi.
