Alcolapia alcalica

Description

Alcolapia alcalica is an endangered species of fish in the Cichlidae family. It is endemic to the hypersaline, warm Lake Natron, its drainage and the Shombole Swamps in Kenya and Tanzania, but has also been introduced to Lake Nakuru.
