Description

The American stork (Mycteria americana Linnaeus,1758) is a species of the Ciconiidae family.It is a bird with white livery,head and neck of hairless black-bluish color,like the feet.It breeds in trees in densely populated colonies,which extend from South Carolina to the region of Buenos Aires.
