Description

Nelsonia is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the Acanthaceae family. The genus has 4 species of herbs . It is distributed throughout tropical Africa in Madagascar , to Latin America , Australia and Southeast Asia. The genus Nelsonia is in the family Acanthaceae in the major group Angiosperms (Flowering plants).
