Description

ibbaeum album is a species of succulent plant belonging to the Aizoaceae family. She is originally from South Africa. It is a small evergreen succulent plant dwarf in size, compact and sparsely branched that forms a group of pairs of united grayish-white succulent leaves. Growing, always above the ground. The 4 to 15 leaves develop mainly towards the outer edge pressed laterally to the ground, the interior of the old plants is occupied by the persistence of old bolls and remains of old leaves. Leaves up to 2.5 cm tall, paired, unequal, asymmetrical, (of which one longer), chalky white to metallic greyish white, but not shiny, because leaf surface is hairy intertwined. The flowers are daisy-like, white, pink to dark purple up to 30 mm long, peduncle 5-15 mm. It has a long flowering season in the summer
