Description

Crinum asiaticum L. is a perennial and bulbous speciesbelonging to the family Amaryllidaceae . Like other species of the Crinum genus, it presents colorful flowers paecíes to them of lilies ( Lilium ) and to cultivate in xardinos for that reason. As l'epítetu especficu indicate, e orixinaria of tropical rexones d'Asia. Crinum asiaticum presents a bulb of 10-12 cm in diameter, with a weight of 15-20 cm long. The gorse are numberous, rosé, from 9 to 12 dm of lance per 5-10 cm of anchu, oblong-llanceolaes and acuminaes. The flowers are pedunculaes, blanques, tubu of 7-10 cm of llargu and linear-oblong segments, of 5-7 cm. The stames are coloraos, cabals anther marielles.
