Pinanga philippinensis is a monocotyledonous plant species described by Odoardo Beccari. Pinanga philippinensis is part of the genus Pinanga and the family Arecaceae. The species' range is the Philippines. No subspecies are listed in the Catalog of Life. Pinanga is a genus of flowering plant of the palm family in the subtribe Arecinae. It is native to eastern and southern Asia (India, China, Indo-China, Malesia) across to New Guinea.
