Description

Supinum Marrubium a plant is art from the genus horehound ( Marrubium ) in the family of Labiatae (Lamiaceae). Marrubium supinum is a perennial , woody on the base plant growth height of 14 to 77 cm achieved. The stems are woolly in the lower part and hairy-felty in the upper part. They are usually unbranched. The leaves are kidney-shaped or kidney-shaped circular, heart-shaped at the base, the edge is deeply notched. Both sides of the leaf blade are densely white hairy hairy. The petioles are longer than the leaf blades . The inflorescence consists of spherical, 16- to 26-flowered Scheinquirlen. The Vorblätter are conspicuous, pretty and feathery shaggy hairy. The calyx tube is 5 to 7 mm long and slightly ten-ribbed. She is hairy felty. The five calyx teeth are shorter than the crown and the calyx tube. They are upright and straight or slightly later and are feathery shaggy hairy. The crown is cream to purple colored [1] and hairy on the outside. The upper lip is divided into almost half into two spatula-shaped lobes. The outer lobes of the lower lip are much smaller than the middle lobe. The chromosome number is 2n = 34 . The species flowers from April to August.
