Darwinia helichrysoides is a plant in the myrtle family Myrtaceae and is endemic to Western Australia.The shrub typically grows to a height of 0. to 0. metres ( to ft) and has a slender erect habit.It blooms between August and November and produces red and green flowers.Found in the uplands in a small area between Coorow and Dandaragan where the Geraldton Sandplain meets the Swan Coastal Plain where it grows in gravelly lateritic soils.
