Description

Campylocentrum neglectum is a species of Liliopsida first described by Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach and Johannes Eugen ius Bülow Warming, and given its simplistic Asian name by Célestin Alfred Cogniaux. Campylocentrum neglectum belongs to the genus Campylocentrum, and the family Orchidaceae. None of these subspecies are listed. Campylocentrum is a genus of rare orchids (family Orchidaceae) native to Mexico, the West Indies, Central America and South America. One species (C. pachyrrhizum) extends its range into Florida.
