Description

Elymus smithii is a grass species first described by Per Axel Rydberg,and became known as Gould.Instead,the name Elytrigia smithii is used inthe Swedish database Dyntaxa.According to the Catalog of Life,Elymus smithii is included in the genus elmar and the family grass,but according to Dyntaxa,the belonging is instead the genus twist roots and the family grass.The species has not been found in Sweden.No subspecies are listed in the Catalog of Life
