Description

Mesosetum elytrochaetum is a species of grass that was first described by Eduard Hackel, and received his current name by Jason Richard Swallen. Mesosetum elytrochaetum was included in the Mesosetum genus. Mesosetum is a genus of Neotropical plants in the grass family, native to North and South America including the West Indies.
