Description

They are plants that reach a size of 5 to 20 cm of width, little visible, ramified tufted branch that flowers in June and July. Its leaves have two to five knots and is branched in the lower knots. It grows upright or upward. The grass is thin and hairless. Its leaves are gray or green when they are young. The leaves bend and appear extremely short and narrow 5 cm and no more than 2.5 mm. They are like very strongly curved straw. Leaf pods are smooth and bare. The ligule is approximately 0.5 mm long, membranous.
