Trisetum viride is a flowering plant of the Orderaceae family . This species was described by Kunth (Kunth) as the first science in 1829. Trisetum is a genus of plants in the grass family, widespread in temperate, subarctic, and alpine habitats in much of the worl.Oatgrass is a common name for plants in this genus.
