Description

Allophyllum glutinosum was already described and the name validly published by George Bentham. It was Alva Day Grant and Verne Edwin Grant, however, who reclassified it into todays valid botanical systematics in 1955. Allophyllum glutinosum is a species in the genus Allophyllum which contains approximately 6 to 8 species and belongs to the family of the Polemoniaceae (Phlox Family).
