Description

This is a strictly psamophilic plant,which colonizes the central part of the dunes behind the community of Ammophila arenaria,forming a low and open woody community.Like all rubiaceae,the leaves are verticillate,but they are so applied to each other that this character is not easy to see.The flowers are yellow.
