Description

Codocera ferruginea is a species of Coleoptera described by Johann Friedrich von Eschscholtz in 1818. Codocera ferruginea belongs to the genus Codocera, and the family Ochodaeidae. Single subspecies: C. f. chinensis. Codocera is a genus of sand-loving scarab beetles in the family Ochodaeidae. There are at least three described species in Codocera.
