Description

Large in size,sturdy,with thick legs.Tympanum hidden under the skin and supratympanic glandular fold.Free toes;very developed subarticular tubers ("nodosus") that favor amplexus.Tuberculous and granular skin.Males more robust than females,with striking secondary sexual characters on the fingers of the hand and on the chest.Dorsally it has a dark green coloration with dark irregular spots.Its length varies between 4 and 7 cm.It feeds on insects and larvae.It is located between the V Region of Valparaíso in the north and the X Region of Los Lagos in the south
