Description

The species show an unusual non-sexual dimorphism,with some specimens having an entirely white plumage and others (most) dark gray.The reason for this variation is unknown,although it is thought to be related to camouflage.They have very short legs,yellow and the gray variety has a throat and chest marked by a thin white stripe.They have brown beaks,golden yellow eye and the areas around the face are green-yellow.
