Description

Euphaea pahyapi is a dragonfly species from the family of Euphaeidae ( Oriental damselflies ),suborder damselflies (Zygoptera). The species is on the Red List of the IUCN as vulnerable,the 2010 evaluation year,the trend of the population is decreasing according to the IUCN. The scientific name of the species has been validly published for the first time in 1985 by Hämäläinen.
