Lethata striolata

Description

Lethata striolata is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1932. It is found in Brazil (Santa Catharina). The wingspan is about 25 mm. The forewings are pale greyish ochreous, irregularly strewn with light grey transverse strigulae, and a few black specks. The costal edge is pale yellowish and there is a slender light grey dorsal streak from one-fourth to three-fourths, suffused pale yellowish above. The stigmata are small and blackish grey, the plical rather obliquely beyond the first discal, the second discal semi-annular, a clearer space around it. The terminal edge is tinged yellowish. The hindwings are pale grey, with the costal third suffused ochreous whitish.
