Description
The ashythoid tantalum,Mycteria cinerea,is a large wading bird of the stork family,the Ciconiidae.It can reach a length of 97 cm.The sexes are similar.The plumage is completely white,but the face,glabrous,is red and the long tail and the coverts are bright green-black.
