Stiphodon imperiorientis is a ray-finned fish species from the family of gobies (Gobiidae).The scientific name of the species has been validly published for the first time in 1998 by Watson & Chen.The species is on the Red List of the IUCN as Vulnerable,evaluation year 2007.
