Description

The ventrigrís hummingbird,also called gray-bellied hummingbird or gray-bellied comet ( Taphrolesbia griseiventris ),is a species of bird of the family Trochilidae,order Apodiformes.It is a hummingbird of considerable size,up to 17 cm in length,which has a long forked tail.Its back is bronze green and the tips of the tail feathers are orange.His chest and belly is gray and the male has a blue patch on his neck.The female is similar to the male,but with the shorter tail.Both have a white patch behind the eyes.
