Description

Campanula Colostrum is a genus from the campanulaceae ( Campanulaceae ). The most famous representative is the Campanula Trum americanum (American bellflower), or the American clock. This species is usually in the genus Campanula americana placed, some taxonomists , however, prefer to him in the closely related genus Campanula to accommodate. The American bellflower is a tall, annual plant mainly on the Great Plains and along the east coast of the United States is growing. The flowers are pale blue to violet and are often elongated groups. It differs from many other clocks because the flowers are flat and not round bell-shaped.
