What makes fried chicken taste so delicious?


Today’s Video of the Day comes from the American Chemical Society and features a look at why fried chicken tastes so delicious. It all comes down to the chemistry behind deep frying in oil that can be as hot as 300 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The oil is filled with triglycerides, which also happen to be the main component of human body fat.
