Today’s Video of the Day comes from the European Space Agency’s Earth from Space series and features a look at the Gulf of Finland.

The Gulf of Finland extends off the easternmost side of the Baltic Sea, with Finland to the north, Estonia to the south, and Saint Petersburg, Russia to the east.

The gulf spans an area of 12,000 square miles, with a maximum length of 250 miles and maximum width of 43 miles.
