Monitoring stormwater systems wirelessly

06-15-2019

Today’s Video of the Day from the National Science Foundation describes a new wireless system for monitoring stormwater levels.

Civil and environmental engineer Branko Kerkez and a team at the University of Michigan are finding new ways to handle aging stormwater infrastructure.

The researchers have developed smart and connected stormwater systems.

The technology is being tested in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as well as other locations across the country.
