NASA launches satellite aimed at studying ice clouds

Today’s Video of the Day comes from NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center and features a look at IceCube, a small satellite launched by NASA to study ice clouds.

IceCube was deployed from the International Space Station this week, and is merely the size of a loaf of bread. The satellite will allow scientists to study ice clouds from space using radiometer.
