Today’s Video of the Day comes from the NASA GPM core observatory satellite and features a line of tornado spawning storms moving through Florida.
The video was captured on May 24, 2017 at 10:24am right over the Florida panhandle. According to GPM data, the storm tops reached altitudes of 9.2 miles and dropped heavy rain of over 8.5 inches per hour.
